Last updated: Draft — pilot phase
Learnara is in its pilot phase. This page is a placeholder draft and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel — it is not a binding agreement. It will be replaced with a reviewed version before any school’s student data is processed at scale.
Acceptance of terms
These draft terms describe, in outline, how Learnara’s pilot program is intended to work. A specific, signed agreement with each pilot school takes precedence over this page.
Description of service
Learnara evaluates answer scripts against a school-provided question paper and rubric, using AI evaluation with confidence scoring. A teacher from the school reviews flagged items and has final say over every score before it is reported.
Pilot scope
A pilot covers one grade, one subject, and one past exam paper unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full commercial terms are discussed only after a successful pilot.
Acceptable use
The service is provided for legitimate academic evaluation purposes by authorized school staff. Schools are responsible for ensuring only appropriate personnel access reports containing student data.
Disclaimers
AI evaluation is provided as a decision-support tool, not a final authority — every reported score reflects teacher review. Learnara makes no guarantee of a specific accuracy rate outside the targets agreed for a specific pilot.
Governing law
These draft terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, to be confirmed in each school’s signed agreement.
